Thomas Winter is the Manager of Sales, Life Science and OEM at BioDot. Thomas joined the BioDot's Commercial Group in June 2023 to spearhead strategic partnerships and identify opportunities to optimize customer life science discovery applications through its precision dispense technology. He brings over 13 years of technical sales experience in laboratory capital equipment, liquid handling automation, and OEM fluid control components and is excited to discuss how BioDot can empower innovation in your automated laboratory workflows.

Rob Rich is a Senior Sales Executive with over 25-years of technical sales and application support experience with over 7 years of those years focused on automated low volume dispensing. He played a crucial part in creating and launching the patented pending Sphera pneumatic BioJet dispensing technology used for this novel lyobead formation system.

Stuart has more than 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry. He brings extensive experience in generating growth, improving sales effectiveness, and developing great customer relationships. His remarkable track record includes consistent double-digit growth at Tecan and Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Brian Kirk has been with BioDot since 2001 and has spent that time designing, developing, and marketing high throughput manufacturing systems for many of the world’s leading diagnostic and life science companies.  As a member of the original team who developed the patented FISHArray^TM technology and CellWriter^TM workstation for cytogenetics, Brian now leads the Business Development team within BioDot where he leverages BioDot’s expertise in high throughput nanoliter and picoliter printing technologies to commercialize important tools for emerging life science markets.

Debbie joined BioDot in 2020 as the Vice President of Commercial Development and transitioned to General Manager in 2022. Debbie has 27 years in supporting global Life Science customers through automation consultation, applications development and first in class customer care. She is an industrial engineer with an MBA with an emphasis in Global Marketing; and certification in Contract Law. She has holistic diversity with most scientific application areas with knowledge of global best practices used in laboratories around the world.
