Application demonstration, analysis and support are essential components of the BioDot commitment. Our application laboratories in North America, Europe and China are staffed with qualified application specialists and equipped with a range of demonstration systems.

Application Development
This program is designed to work with customer requirements to optimize processes associated with BioDot equipment. Development can be done in a BioDot lab with demonstration equipment or at a customer's facility.
Laboratory Equipment Use
Equipment is available for independent customer development work. Training is provided on system operation prior to scheduled time.
Operator Training Programs
In addition to new system training, BioDot offers operator training programs designed for employees to learn how to properly use and operate existing equipment. Led by an experienced BioDot technician, this training covers topics specific to your installed BioDot equipment and is offered on the majority of our product lines.
