Powered by the BioJet Technology
The Sphera Discovery harnesses our proprietary Discrete Droplet Dispensing™ BioJet technology to produce uniform and precise lyobeads. This innovative, quantitative non-contact system combines the BioJet “Drop-on-Demand” valve with a high-resolution syringe pump. The BioJet accurately meters reagent amounts, leveraging the advantages of non-contact dispensing while allowing for the programming of exact drop volumes.

Efficient
This compact lyobead formation system accurately dispenses precise droplets (spheres) into detachable liquid nitrogen containers. Featuring a high-resolution, adaptive syringe pump paired with our high-speed BioJet valve, it ensures precise placement of high-throughput droplets for compatible reagents. A single tip can generate up to 1,000 beads per hour.
